Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Those aged 16–17 may enter with a signed parental / guardian consent form.

Both professionals and amateurs are welcome, with separate categories for each level.

Exclusions: Members of the jury, staff, contractors, and their close family members are not eligible to participate.
